# Your Health Matters. So Does What Comes Next.

With Dr. Roberts' retirement on December 17, 2026, we understand that many of our patients may have questions about their future care. For years, Blackhawk Medical Group has been built on trusted relationships between patients, physicians, and care teams. While we celebrate Dr. Roberts and his years of dedicated service, we also want you to know that your health and continuity of care remain important to us. As we look ahead to 2027, Blackhawk is preparing an exciting new chapter in patient care, with a renewed focus on personal relationships, greater accessibility, and a more connected healthcare experience. While our physician panels are currently closed to new patients, we anticipate sharing information about new opportunities to continue care with Blackhawk in early 2027. We would love the opportunity to continue caring for you. Whether you're interested in remaining with Blackhawk or would prefer to explore another physician within BASS Medical Group, we're here to help you understand your options.

If you have upcoming appointments, prescription needs, or questions about your medical care before Dr. Roberts' retirement, please contact our office. If you need to establish care with a new primary care physician sooner, our team can provide information about other BASS Medical Group physicians who may be accepting new patients. Your health is our priority, whatever path you choose.
