Shawntel Reddy, FNP-C

I was born and raised in Los Angeles, received my undergraduate degree at UC San Diego, and completed graduate studies at the Yale University School of Nursing. After graduating, I returned to Southern California where I worked at two community clinics in underserved areas. My family and I moved to Danville in early 2021, and I joined Blackhawk Medical Group shortly afterwards. I am excited for the opportunity to create long-lasting relationships with the families in my new community. As a nurse practitioner, I enjoy practicing the full range of family medicine, with special interests in women's health, family planning, and diabetes management. I emphasize preventative care and wellness to help patients meet their goals, while striving to make sure all my patients feel heard, respected, and cared for throughout our entire interaction. When I'm not working, I enjoy discovering all that the greater Bay Area has to offer as my new home with my husband and daughter. I love baking, learning to garden, and hiking. I'm excited to live and work in Danville and be part of this diverse, vibrant community.
